" An Interminable Shield "
As every children develops, they need a healthy living lifestyle for them to avoid diseases roaming around our community. Even old ones need it! Every person in this world needs an interminable shield for us to uphold and secure the preservation of life. the treasured life that God had given us.
Every person starts as a baby and then grows up. When a person is still a baby, his only nutriment is the milk coming from his mother, this is called breastfeeding. But as he grows up everyday, he needs a greater nourishment for his body. An individual is required to eat nourishing foods in order for him to vanquish all the diseases in our community. So that we could have a full life, we need to have a healthy living lifestyle. A healthy living lifestyle requires food that are very cheap and nutritious. Guided with the food pyramid, we need to sustain our healthy body by eating the three basic food groups: go, grow and glow foods.
In our everyday life, we need to carry on our daily task and obligations in our life. But before a day full of work, we need to fill our body with nutritious foods especially in the morning, when we had our breakfast. But still, we cannot avoid illnesses in our life, because they are such natural things in our life. Only we can do is to prevent ourselves from getting ill. Therefore we need to maintain our healthy body and even improving it by eating right and nutritious foods. The go, grow and glow foods are our steer in eating these foods. taking in fruits, veggies (vegetables), milk, eggs, bread are only a few of those that belong to the food pyramid. With these, we can prevent ourselves from getting ill, and having a proper daily exercise will also help our body in strenghtening our body resistance. When our body is strong enough, now we can avoid lifestyle diseases such as AH1N1, the rampant kind of influenza that attacks anytime, to anyone, measles, chickenpox, typhoid fever and other diseases.
By that time, I, you, we, all of us can strongly fight those diseases, and all of us can live our life to the fullest!
