" It Was A Nice Job! "

During the month of November, the Values Club and the ISNHS body are celebrating the Filipino Values Month. In connection with this, last month, the Values Club conducted several activities and contests participated by the student body of ISNHS. This activities were lead by Mr. Glenn Tadena, the Values Club Adviser and Mr. Joseph Obrero, his Co-Adviser. And they were guided by Mr. Bernard Frando, Head Teacher of Values Education Department. The theme was' "Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino, Tugon sa Hamon ng Buhay." This was the basis of all the contest conducted.
The Values Club prepared several activities that will help and train students in their physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs. It includes, Poster Making Contest in which you are going to express your ideas through drawing. Many young artist came out and showed their talent this time. Kite Flying Contest, where creativity and determination comes in flying your kite. In this contest, many students joined, especially the boys. The other one is the Cook Festival or CookFest. This time, young chef's cooked their mouth-watering recipe's and dishes. This were only three out of so many activities conducted by them. The club officers were very active also in leading and inviting students in participating the said activities.
All of the students who participated any of the contest have the 'gut's'. But unfortunately, others lose while others win. However, all of them have their 'fighting spirit' and the 'will to win'. Good job fellows!
It is very nice also to know that a certain club like the Values Club is still conducting so many activities that help build young citizens. The main objective of this clubs are as the following: train students, help them show their talent and gain "FIGHTING SPIRIT", teach them new things and build them as a young fellowmen. MABUHAY VALUES CLUB!!! MABUHAY ISNHS!!!
